Before you can pleasure others, you have to learn how to pleasure yourself. What do you find pleasurable and what do you do that causes you to feel pleasure? This really is a focus on the mind and what you can imagine and think about that you think is sexy and fun.

1. Write about what parts of each of these videos that got you excited. If you can, identify the erogenous zone that is activated for the parts that excite u.
2. What causes you to have the most erotic please by yourself?  Then what causes you to have the greatest erotic pleasure with another guy? What is touched / licked / rubbed that gets u excited?

Class 3 - Your erogenous zones

Depending on the guy, different parts of a guy's body are especially sensitive and lead to sexual arousal. Learning what is a turn on can help a guy to relax and enjoy many aspects of sexual arousal on their own or with others.  First, you need to figure out your erogenous zones.

And then, discover your G-Spot.

Homework:
1. After exploring your erogenous zones by touching and feeling...and playing with your asshole to see if you can find your g-spot, write about your experience and what you discovered. Have you done this before? If so, what did you discover then as different from now?
2. Find two articles and one video that provide background information on male erogenous zones and/or pleasuring your g-spot and post them on your blog.

Class 2 - Introductions

Learning how to pleasure another man is a combination of several things that can cause the m2m experience to be sensual and passionate.  First, there is the academic connection - understanding what gets you excited and how to execute the types of things you are interested in and how to enjoy them. Second, there is the physical - knowing the parts of your body that you like touched or rubbed or licked...and knowing the parts of the other guy's body that he likes to have touched or rubbed or licked. The third is the mind and what the mind can create that causes a sexy, intimate and desirable experience.


Homework
